Any more info on the PIP AR1 form on this site ? was created by AndyWalker13
Hi Gordon, I am in the same boat. I originally had a 3 year award, then had the full form to fill in when I was reviewed and that was for a further 6 years, so 9 in total to date and have recently been sent the light touch review. As you are aware, they also only give a few lines for you to reply for each condition, which frankly is ridiculous. Would it therefore be prudent to say "See attached explanation" and on the explanation explain what has gotten worse and link that response to "see NHS letter No3" etc .... Over a 6 year period from 2017 to date, my conditions have worsened even though from day 1 I have been on the highest award for PIP in both categories. My problem is, due to 14 years of morphine consumption for chronic spinal nerve damage and a stroke diagnosed in 2014, I have no recollection whatsoever as to how bad my conditions were in 2017 as to how they are in 2023. Plus we all get older and I started in the pain clinic when 47 and am now about to turn 61. Many thanks, Andrew

Hi AndyWalker13
I have moved your post. We ask people not to post a question of their own on someone else's post, as it becomes difficult to make sense if we're trying to comment on two posts addressing slightly different issues.
Yes, it would be prudent to do as you suggest and put 'see attched'. and link to any evidence that you have.

Hi AndyWalker13
No need to apologise - you're not the only one to have done it and you won't be the last.
