UC missed call by dwp was created by sas401

Had appt scheduled for 12pm by UC workcoach. No phonecall recieved and no missed calls. Have rang to report. Anything else I should do?

Personally, I would log it on your journal that the call was not received, missed calls and the time and date you rang to report it.
