PIP - Diagnosed Brain Injury/Memory Issues/Award Review Success Rates

Any advice is always appreciated
I am currently carrying out preparation for my Award Review. To keep it simple I have a diagnosed brain injury through stroke with proof submitted on my last review in 6 years ago. This has significantly affected my memory over the last 6 years to the point I don't recall things from the last few days never mind over a period of 6 years. The Award Review asks how my conditions have changed since my last review. All I know is my conditions feel like they have gotten worse but obviously I cannot remember how I was 6 years ago. I can hardly say how my conditions are if I also have no recall? HELP. I do however have even more medical documentation than on my last review. Thankfully my medical records have been sent to me electronically and I have iro 30-40 significant documents which I am currently printing off, many of which I do not even recognise.

Also, do you have any stats of those that have had a light touch review to what their success rates are compared to those that apply for PIP for the first time?

I did not realise the forms were essentially the same. And if they do not look at previous documentation from 6 years ago, then how would they know what I provide now differs from what I provided then. Them asking how your condition is from 6 years ago makes the whole exercise a mockery. Thank you for your help Gordon
