I believe the Moving About Section means walking on normal flat ground, Is it worth saying how he manages using stairs as he lives in a house or should I just stick to the problems on flat ground
If his walking is severely restricted, less than 20m, then I would include it as it would be expected that someone so limited would also have problems with the stairs.
However, I would be more reticent for longer distances as it just creates an opportunity for those assessing him to say that the issue is not relevant to the Moving Around activity.
