NI contributions for NSESA was created by Olive

Hi,

If someone had applied for new style esa on 23rd December 2021, which 2 years would have been used for the NI contributions?

Would it be:
2018/19 and 2019/20

Yes, that is correct.

It is the two full Tax Years preceding the current Benefit Year, the Benefit Year starts on the first Monday in the calendar year.
