28 days after Tribunal win was created by alynewas
Hi
I won my appeal against the LEAP review on 18th May 2023 and have had the letter from the court confirming I've been awarded Enhanced Mobility from 2017 to 2021
I've heard nothing regarding this from DWP and not sure where I go from here?

Congratulations on winning your appeal against the LEAP review. I would ask the DWP when you can expect the back payment to be deposited into your bank account!

There is usually a 5 week delay before you receive the award made by a Tribunal.
