Hello, We hope you can help with this please..If you are owed £11,000 back pay due to the changes in PIP law from 6th April 2016..How does this affect a joint income related ESA claim with regards to savings and do we have to contact ESA, housing benefit and council tax? Thanks.

The money should be disregarded indefinitely as it is over £5000 and the result of an Error of Law.
