Do you know if for ID purposes, at Managed Migration to UC, when providing my UK driving licence, it could penalise me for PIP. It is not because I have a british driving licence that I drive. In fact I have never driven in the UK and not driven in all the years since my disabling health issues.
Do you think PIP or even UC could say as you have a driving licence, if you are fit to drive, you are fit to work? How can I prove I have never driven in the uk?
