Is it possible for the Universal Credit form (that has to be filled in on line when claimants are told they have to transfer within 3 months) to be shown here on this site - among the Guides? Or - at least -can every question that is asked on this form be listed in the UC Guides? This would particularly help claimants with mental health problems who terrified are about this transfer.
Universal Credit was actually designed for use on a smart phone. To get an idea of the UC screens the following is a useful video made in 2021 so some of the actual questions may be slightly different now.
