So, I received a letter from DWP this morning claiming that I have been overpaid my ESA by £271 from April 2024 to December 2024.
No explanation or e dance of calculations, just a bland statement requesting repayment of this sum.
I have in my possession DWP letters that specifically relate to this period, with each letter containing contradictions and different calculations! They simply do not make any sense to me!
Given that DWP are aware that I have not submitted a deliberate fraudulent claim, do I have any options to appeal this?
