Hi I am searching for a guide on filling in the UC50 form, but I can’t find one. This site tells me how important it is and to become a member so I can access it (which I’ve done), but I can’t find it anywhere. Would someone be able to direct me to the guide to help me complete it please? I’m sure I’m missing something!
