I am filling out the UC claim form after recieveing the migration letter.
I have filled in the other income question as below

any UK benefits, for example tax credits, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Adult Disability Payment (ADP), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Child Benefit or Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
child maintenance payments
State Pension
board or lodgings
furlough payments
"Yes"
I get PIP so I have answered yes to this question. When the check the information page comes up it says
Income other than earnings Xx is not getting any other payments or benefits.
Xx is not getting Armed Forces Independence Payment.
Xx does not have income other than benefits or wages.
Xx does not have an income from pensions.
I have tried to change it a few tines and it still returns the same result.
I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone have any advice?
I'm sorry, but I can't give you any advice on technical issues filling out the form. I don't know whether any other member has had the same problem. If you continue to have the same problems you need to contact the DWP.
