Hi. I returned my husband's PIP review in early July but have not heard a thing from them. Is this normal as I notice other members are receiving text updates? We are receiving our payments as usual. Thank you
The waiting times for reviews are variable, and so is the sending of text messages. If the money is still being paid, you have nothing to worry about, but if you want an update, you can always ring the DWP - phoning first thing in the morning is best.
