Hi I sent up for my medical report following my interrogation last week. This report contradicts itself should I challenge it now or wait for the decision letter? The boxes she has ticked are going to mean I’ll have my award changed I think for the worse. What would you advise? Thank you.
Hi JLP, Definitely contact DWP now. There is a small window of opportunity to get to DWP before they actually make their decision. Say that the assessment report is incorrect because...and that you reserve the right to make a Mandatory Reconsideration later, if required, after the decision is made. Good luck. LL26
