Hello i need some advice regarding ESA. Ive been in the support group for 3 years or so now. I had a reassessment, phone call assessment, back at the end of august. Im still getting the support group payments but i havent heard anything, no letters, so I called the people who did my assessment. They said they dont know why I havent heard anything and they cant help me, I need to contact ESA people. I contacted them and went through phone options and ended up with an automated voice that said if Ive had my assessment that my award will carry on as usual, i couldnt find a person to talk to. Im at a loss and dont know what this means. I feel so anxious.
My thoughts would be to phone ESA and ask for the report ESA85 which is the assessor's report. In the meantime you will continue getting your payments in the Support Group.
