Upper Tribunal documents was created by WalesQ
Can I have help on what I send to the Upper Tribunal. I've had help but forgot these points and don't have time waiting for they reply.

1. Do I print out the UT1 form and fill it in with my points of view or can I add it?

2. Do I send all the documents I've sent to PIP with the UT1 or do they have them?

Thank you.

Hi WalesQ,
You need to fill out the UT1 Form. Normally with this I would send the First-tier Tribunal decision, the application to apply for set aside and or leave to appeal to UT, the decision from FtT agreeing to allow your appeal.
There is no need to send in papers in the appeal bundle as this will get sent to UT automatically.
I hope this helps.
Good luck.

Thank you sorry quick question.

Is the UT1 for me ask for the Upper Tribunal or do I place why. This far into the appeal is so difficult to find answers or help.

Hi WalesQ

What you put on the UTI will depend on the information you have that LL26 listed. This includes f: The First-tier Tribunal decision, the application to set aside/ and or leave to appeal to the Upper Tribunal or the decision from the First Tier Tribunal.

If the First Tier Tribunal has refused you permission to apply to the Upper Tribunal - you will say so on the UT1 form - and say why you disagree with that decision.

If the First Tier Tribunal has permitted you - to appeal - you will say that you have attached a copy of that decision and repeat why you are appealing.

We are unable to say anything further on this because Upper Tribunal matters are outside the remit of this forum.
