I have just had my 2nd PIP review form (PIP1043) My last review produced an increase in award to the enhanced for both components (Mainly due to me using this site). The award was three years and is up in July 2025. I am just wondering if I should complete the form in the same wording as last time as it was successful and not much has really changed for me other than slight medication changes and one more condition to add to the list. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
Please have a look at the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews. The information you require is from page 128 onwards on completing the review form. People have different approaches to completing the form. You certainly want to reiterate that the issues you had when you last completed the form are ongoing.
