We had migration notices as a couple about 6 weeks ago but have both been very ill since so not able to look into it until now. I am aware we need to apply as two seperate people but then link the two accounts however my query is regarding my husband. I can do all the computer work needed for us both but my concern is that with his health and lack of ability to deal with things like this, he wouldnt be able to answer any queries on the phone for example and I wonder is there a different process or something I should be doing as his carer to notify them of this?
I would phone Citizens Advice Help to Claim on the phone number given on page 2 of your DWP UC Managed Migration letter. They are highly recommended as you can see from the review by our member Via that I have pinned at the top of this discussion forum.
