I receive high rate for care component and I also was given disability badge. It had now expired and I went online to renew it. I was rejected and it appears it was because I do not have mobility component. Can anyone shed light on this as I did not have mobility component the first time I applied. Many thanks.
I believe it's down to the discretion of your own local authority and what you possibly claim PIP for. I had 10 points for Mobility for the part where I need someone to accompany me to places but was denied online a blue badge for not having another factor.
