PIP PA4 was created by Rosh
I Have just had my PA4 assessors report back. And there is few things I disagree on. Capita was told to record the telephone conversation few days prior to the telephone assessment that took place on 20th November. I am still waiting on the decision letter from DWP. Capita have yet to confirm if called was recorded or not and a manger is looking into this. Where do I stand with this? Should I need to do a mandatory reconsideration.

Hi Rosh
There is a very small window of time before the decision is made in which you can write to the decision maker, pointing out any errors or things you disagree with. You need to say that this letter is not a mandatory reconsideration and you reserve the right to put in an MR after you receive the decision letter if necessary.
Now, will it make a difference? Your letter may not be received or processed in time - but some people have thought it made a difference to their claims when the final decision was different from the assessment report.
You have nothing to lose by writing in, but concentrate on the things that will score you more points. Don't waste time complaining about things that won't affect the final award score. Address the letter to "The decision-maker."

Hi Rosh
Unfortunately, If the decision letter is in the post, then there is nothing you can do now, apart from putting in for a Mandatory Reconsideration once you have the letter. You have one month from the date on the decision letter.
