I'm glad you have your daughter to support you. Make sure that she takes a look at the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews so she reads the most up-to-date information on completing the form (Page 128 onwards). Put on the form that you would like a paper-based assessment again—don't assume that because you had one last time, they will automatically do it again. Hopefully, they will, but it's always better to request it.
