Universal Credit is replacing your Working Tax Credit

More

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have received letter to apply for Universal Credit to replace Working Tax Credit.

The initial letter received in Oct and the reminder this month. Need to apply by third week of Jan.

I am also in receipt of PIP and my partner is on receipt of Contribution based ESA - placed on support group as can't work.

Kindly advise if we have to include PIP and ESA when filing up Universal claim or not as those are not being replaced at the moment.

Lastly is it advisable to submit the claim now or in January as quite busy with work now and travelling first week of Jan?

Thanks

Hi This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.,

Firstly if the above is your personal email address you are advertising it now online and as this is best avoided I would recommend changing your user name.

I would advise that you contact the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service via the phone number which is on page 2 of your Managed Migration letter.
Have a read of this feedback from a member regarding Help to Claim.
