Hi I was transferred from PIP to ADP in the summer. I had a letter stating my case would be reviewed on the 15/12/24. I phoned last week and requested a paper review be sent out. However given the time of year I thought Id go online and make a start by going over the form and filling it out then transfer info to the paper review once it arrives in the post.
On the scotgov website Its then giving me tick boxes with regards to any changes. It asks if there are any changes I need to declare...any changes to my health, care needs or conditions have changed. Theres also a tick box to declare there is no changes in my condition.
I know from doing previous pip forms that it is better to answer each question in detail and not just tick no change to everything
Do I tick that there are changes in order to put all my information in for the review when my condition, health, pain level and care needs are essentially the same.
I don't know how the online form works. If you tick 'no change,' does it still allow you to write something? If it doesn't, go back and then tick change and fill in the space. You are right in thinking that you need to write something.
