Adhd DLA high rate mobility help for mandatory reconsideration

Hi my 11 year old daughter was awarded high rate care component of DLA but only low rate mobility - reason for low rate mobility is that the decision maker said she only needs help getting around. This is incorrect as I provided a detailed answer about how she is unable to travel and be in public e.g. she is very aggressive and I have to restrain her - she often has meltdowns and fights me in public and when public try to intervene she attacks them too. She has tried to run into oncoming traffic and is a danger to herself and others. I am unsure of what else I need to write in the mandatory reconsideration as this is a summary of her behaviour which I already included

Hi Pb1991

You are the second parent today who is fighting to get a higher rate of mobility for DLA. Have you given any evidence other than your own about how she is in public? (relatives or professionals). Does she go to school? If she does, do you have any evidence of her behaviour when she is at school? How often are the meltdowns? How does she cope with the meltdowns? Is her ADHD isolating her from her peers? You need to emphasise that other 11-year-olds do not need the supervision your daughter does, and they wouldn't react the way she does. Ensure you have included specific examples of her attacking you and strangers. She is very vulnerable if she behaves in that manner and you need to again emphasise the danger she is to you and others. I know the things I have mentioned sound as if they are about care - but they are important in terms of her being able to travel from A to B.
