ive agreed to a home visit, but even this is stressful as i live alone and go weeks or months without seeing anyone. ive begged for it to be a paper exercise & looking at my ESA & PIP claims. I cannot bear to bring everything up again from sctratch. They say they dont have access to my ESA or PIP info which is nonsense.

Can i ask DWP for a copy of my ESA records & Pip records, because under pressure there will be so many things that are important that i forget to mention

hi I have agreed to a home visit, but even this will be traumatic as i live alone and can go weeks or months without seeing anyone. I have asked for it to be done as a paper exercise, as my MP managed to arrange this for my PIP assessment. They say they dont have access to my ESA & PIP claims. Is it possible to ask DWP for my ESA & PIP claim information. Otherwise there will be many things i forget under pressure as i dont like people at my house, as i live alone and will want them out ASAP

Hi DC

You can make a SAR ( subject access request ) to the DWP for a copy of all the information that they hold on you.

Hi DC

Thank you. Just one further comment relating to a post I have just answered that you need to take evidence of your DWP Subject Access Request in case it is overlooked as a member has just experienced. I would go for the online option offered by the DWP here -
