I am just completing my review form and have to get it sent back on monday. At question 80 on the new review forms regarding prescribed aids I am not sure how to answer. I havent actually ever had any prescribed but I have had multiple things given to me such as crutches that I cant use and had extra stair rails fitted after it being suggested by a physio. Can I leave the tick box unanswered and just detail that in the box?
