Where to post a Mandatory Reconsideration to if on universal credit was created by Jobsworth Zero Today
Its driving me nuts, i can find one default address for the DWP i regard to sending an MR,on UC and want semd an MR.Its stupid that years on, and their still playing this game of 'guess where.' I like that google and AI says 'send address on the decision letter' of which i would, if the idiot who wrote the decision put an address at the top ?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Jobsworth Zero Today,
All you have to do is to type out the issue in question under the heading Mandatory Reconsideration in your UC Journal. Then make sure you copy it so you can paste it after.
Then from the drop down list of recipients choose A Payment which means that the message will be sent to the Case Manager.
Then paste the text into a new message and this time choose A Service Issue and then send the message.
The reason for sending it twice to different Universal Credit offices is that there are long backlogs and you want to make sure it is attended to.
