Social Security Scotland - time to get decision was created by Pendle
Hello
After a few years of my conditions getting worse, I decided to put in a change of conditions form. I was with the DWP but was transferred to Social Security Scotland.
I submitted the form and backup paperwork on 1 November last year. I've still not had anything from them.
Does anyone have an idea of how long they take? I think their target is 56 days but tend to take longer.
Thanks

It took eight months for me.I put in a change of circumstances in August 23. They decided to combine this with my review. I got a decision in mid April 24. They may have speeded up now.
