Hi I heard Ellen clifford a disability activist went 2 Court about the migration from esa to uc. The judge ruled against the the vile Labour government! Good news but.. Am worried help. I'm on pip and old style esa and I have borderline personality disorder, tbcptsd, anxiety and panic disorders because of my childhood abuses and satanic ritual abuses 😢. Am on medication for life. I'm hoping this ruling means that all this migration stuff won't happen because I don't want to be forced to work. I can't even get out of bed till midday on many days 😢.. I'm hoping it means I can not be affected by all these changes now?
I'm afraid we can't reassure you about what will happen because we don't know. The fact that the government lost on the issue of consultation doesn't mean they will suddenly stop the process. Keep an eye on the newsletter
