Hi David,

I posted to add what I had recently communicated to the Dwp agent via my journal and the response I got back regarding back payment which was as a result of Dwp error. Thanks again.

Hi Bohobelle

The back payment of £14000 due to official error that you received while you were on ESA will be disregarded for the duration of your current UC award.
The back payment of £1600 you received during your UC claim was disregarded for 12 months.
