Hi everyone, Asking for some advice, I have to migrate to uc from esa in March and I know at some point they will request bank/building society statements the issue i have is I read that they ask for monthly statements which is fine for my current account but I have a cash isa which is connected to my current account that I only get yearly statements for but I also have a small savings account which I only receive yearly statements for aswell. Can I ask what would happen when they ask for monthly statements but I only have yearly ones? Getting worried about it as I know they can be difficult with claimants. Thanks
Yes sometimes they can be difficult but at other times can cooperate. If you don't have a statement you can log into the savings account on your device and show the Work Coach the balance. This is sufficient evidence.
