I have received a letter advising of my PIP Tribunal, which will be held mid March.
The Letter states "insure you have your appeal bundle to hand", please forgive my stupidity, but would this be the pile of papers that the DWP sent me that advised HMCTS have contacted them in regard of my appeal, and all the subsequent evidence i have sent which they have acknowledged and sent me back a copy? The citizen advice said they can't attend with me, so it will be myself and my daughter who will attend the phone hearing. I am extremely anxious about this hearing, and can't think of anything else at the moment.
Your question is not stupid and I understand how stressful this is for you. The bundle should come from the Tribunal Service - but it sounds like you have got everything.
Make a bullet point list of anything that you want to say - so you have that to hand, because at one point they will ask you if there's anything else you want to say and it's nice if you just have a list of particular things in case you have forgotten something.
Best of luck
