Hi, I am hoping to find out some information on ESA and an £113 a month pension, I am in the ESA support group and have been for over 3 years, my intial claim was based on contribution based and as far as I can find out is that since I am in the support group, I am therfore considered as still getting contribution based ?
I am in receipt of a £113 a month private pension payment and I am being told that I will have the £113 taken from my ESA payment ? I do not understand how this can happen when the information I found says you can have an £85 payment a week and it makes no difference ?
