I got an unexpected call from the case manager on the 12th off February, I was asked a few questions and was told that a decision would be made that day and a letter in the the post which I would get a week later, fast forward a week and no letter, I called to find out the decision only to be told a decision has not been made. So now I’m crazy confused and anxiety and depression getting worse as I don’t know what is going on.
