I claim PIP Daily Living, but I'm not sure I'll be eligible from November next year, as I don't think I'll score 4 on one activity. Am I right in saying if I currently get it, I'll be re-assessed next November? Or will my current award stand if it goes past that date?
I also currently get LCWRA, as I understand it, I'm not in danger of losing it, but it will be frozen at the current rate? What confuses me, is that the WCA is being scrapped, so when my LCWRA is reassessed, it will be on the PIP test? So I could lose everything?
Sorry I can not clarify anything yet as we don't yet know how things will work out, Steve and the back office will put something in the B&W free news letter when things are clearer.
