Following on from today's statement in Parliament.
The Government's intention that in the future a claimant will have to achieve at least one "4 point" score in order to qualify for Daily Living component, means that, according to my calculations, a future claimant could actually accumulate as much as 21 points in the Daily Living descriptors without achieving a single score of 4 or higher, and therefore be denied entitlement to PIP Daily Living.
