I got a txt saying "we need to verify your identity..please call0800.."
This was the 2 dasy after I did the initial call to get the ball rolling, the lady said I would need to confirm my identity separately via passport and other docs
Anyway I rang up today and spoke to someone and he said not to worry I had passed verification as I told him an old address, he seemed quite vague though when I asked about being told I would need to send documents/passports but said I wouldn't need to.
TBH I have zero confidence he knew what he was on about, is this likely to stall / delay my claim, not sure what to do
I'm applying online and still have access etc to fill in everything
