Good evening, I wonder can anyone help. A letter recieved to say there are 23 occasions in past few years where a person has been over the limit,they have taken off ni contributions for those dates but have not mentioned overpayment. Stopped CA for 1 month as was over t limit with back pay fm work ,then reapplied again. Got back pay fm cA for 3months If u owed money for the 23 occasions would they not have taken it fm the 3months back pay , can't understand it has not mentioned
