RE: UC application form was created by Kuju2
Hi all,
I have started to fill in the application form for migrating from ESA to UC. I stupidly have not filled it in, in order, does it matter?
I have filled in the health section and ticked the 'currently receiving ESA' box. After ticking the box it said I don't need to send in fit notes. My question is will the system remember this info as I won't be pressing the apply button until next Friday. I'm just paranoid that it won't have remembered that I don't need fit notes and I will have the hassle of having to provide them when I do finally press the apply button next week
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Kuju
I'm sorry, but I cannot tell you whether you have to complete the information in order as I have not used the system. Generally, these things allow you to go backwards or tell you at the end if you haven't filled something out.
I assume that if it has already confirmed that you do not need to send sick notes, it will remember this information when you next log in.
