My partner is being migrated. Despite providing a full photo driving licence and a UK passport, she failed online verification.
Her social worker telephoned the UC helpline and was told that ALL people that are MIGRATED [not a mere new claim] have to have "face to face" validation..
Well if that was true then there would be queues stretching out from every Jobcentre. If you read the posts from the other Forum members you will see that they have not had face to face verification. David
