First Universal Credit Starement - No LCWRA

I’ve submitted two messages via the journal now, one on Sunday when the statement came and one this morning, but I’m yet to hear anything. I did have a text message today to remind me that I have a telephone appointment about New Style ESA on Wednesday. First I’ve heard about it but I presume it is to accept my claimant commitment for that.

It’s taken three weeks of chasing up, but today I received a note in my journal telling me that it had been decided that I was owed money after all due to the LCWRA element having been missing off the first statement. It should be paid within the next 48 hours.
