Hello,
I have a message on Journal, I was told to check :-
We have booked you a telephone appointment for Thursday 12th June at 10.45am. During your appointment we will look at your Universal Credit Commitments to see if anything needs changing because of your claim to New Style ESA (NSESA). We will also agree your commitments for your NSESA claim. You need to accept these in order to continue receiving NSESA.
Can anyone explain whether this is an assessment or something else please? Or any other information so I'm clear what they are ringing for>?
Can I record it, do they record it? I should have an advocate with me to witness it also.
I am on transitional process, I applied 13th May , I've had verification, and due to be told if and what I get on 15th June.
