Universal credit LCW was created by angrymum
I'm appointee for young adult.
Had work capability assessment a few years ago and was awarded LCW.
Works under 16 hours a week. Fully aware of even at assessment.
Is it normal to keep having reviews every couple of months yet on LCW?
Not going to increase hours due to numerous disabilities.
How do I approach dealing with this?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Due to autism working full time is too much as we have had issues in the past.
It seems like they want him to work more hours.

Hi angrymum
Your son will be in the Work Preparation group so actually the Work Coach cannot ask him to increase his work hours. If you are at a meeting and hear that this is being demanded then you could make a complaint to the Jobcentre Area Manager.
Here is a full guide to what is expected of someone in the Work Preparation group.

Let me know how you get on.
