I was in the ESA Support Group. When I completed the UC "migration" I've been placed in the basic level of support, no mention of my disability, no LCWRA, no extra money. It's barely 2/3 what I used to get.
When I sent a message through "payment" to a case manager, saying a mistake was made, Im ESA Support Group, I should be in the LCWRA and also why am I now getting less money with no protections, I received this
"You can ask for the issues you have raised to looked at again regarding your ESA and transitional protection.
I can refer this as a Mandatory Reconsideration to a decision maker. You can upload any evidence you may wish to provide to support this.

Why do I have to be the one to supply more evidence when they cock up was on their end?! What evidence can I provide?!?!
I was also paid my ESA when I shouldn't have been (during migration) so they're reclaiming that money which is fine, BUUUT does that overpayment and that letter not itself serve as proof of my receipt of the SG?!?!?
I'm so confused.
