DLA to PIP New legislation

DLA to PIP New legislation was created by Paxman64
Hi, I have recently been moved over to UC but I'm still on indefinite DLA. According to the new revised bill all existing PIP claimants will stay as they are and the legislation only affects new ones. So does this mean that I will be treated as a new claimant when I am invited to apply for PIP from DLA?

Rumours are circulating about DLA to PIP claimants and some MPs have even said people will be treated as new claimants. However, what is going to happen is yet to be confirmed and we can't answer your question. Keep an eye on the newsletter. Steve will report on any changes as they are announced.
