Does anyone know if there’s any way other than telephone no on letter to tell DWP I have complex needs as I find using the telephone difficult and I want to know if it’s possible.that someone will come and help me fill in online application because of speech I don’t want to do a telephone application I have an appointee but want to do it myself.

As you have an Appointee the DWP staff are not permitted to contact you at all. They have to communicate with the Appointee only.

If I get my appointee to ring I want to make an online application but need help to do so appointee not confident filling in online applications and I’m scared I’ll make a mistake will they help then my carers dyslexic so she can’t help
