Your question is outside the remit of the forum.
If you live in rented property and under state pension age benefit claimants may be affected by the under occupancy charge (bedroom tax). If you own the house then you are not affected by the under occupancy charge.
We would advise you to seek advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation:
advicelocal.uk they will be able advise you, taking all your circumstances into consideration, one of the first questions they will ask, how many bedrooms do you have?
