Hi David I wonder if it's safer to stay with the NS ESA and UC as it's asking me to. I'm reading a lot of people as they migrate over to UC are being send a UC50 form to fill in so now I'm worried after first payment of UC we will have to fill in one of these forms for another UC assessment is this happening a lot please
That is news to me. I think it's unlikely especially for a claimant who has an Appointee which indicates that he does not have the mental capacity to manage his claim.
