ESA Migration partners earnings was created by Anne marie
Hi iv received the migration letter and am very worried about it because from what I'm understanding my partner has to also claim but he is in full time work and has never claimed anything.
I believe his earnings will be taken into account and I could loose all my payment.
Am I understanding this correctly.
Any advise greatly appreciated.

Hi Anne marie
Do you and your partner live at the same address and which Benefits do you get ? Your Benefits should be listed on the Migration letter.

Yes we live together. I receive ESA and am in the support group. Its always just been a claim in my own right. Hubby is in full time work but receives his state pension as he worked a extra year, he'll retire next year. Thank you for replying

Hi Anne marie
Your post is quite confusing, I initially thought that you were in receipt of CB ESA as you stated hubby was in full time employment in which case you would not be affected moving to NS ESA.
As we do not have all the facts, we would advise you need to seek specialist advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation: advicelocal.uk where they can take all your circumstances into consideration when giving you advice.
