I am migrating from ESA support group to UC. I am filling the UC applicatom form. In the identity verification sections. I don't have two of the documents for online verification. So I pressed I don't have.

Then I received message. It says we will call you :-

1. to arrange an interview to verify your identity
2. Check the information you gave us

Then it says if don't want to wait for call you can confirm your identity online. Does this mean I can verify online even if I don't have those two documents.?
2. Shall I request telephone interview my self now or shall I wait for thier first call?

I cannot tell you as I have never done one.

You need to keep your eye on your todo list, it will give you instructions on what to do next, if you are worried then contact UC helpline.
